How to Connect Octopia to ShippyPro

Octopia offers a comprehensive marketplace solution combining a unique technological platform, access to a approved catalog of products and brands, a Fulfillment service and proven business experience.

1. Before you start

Retrieve your Seller ID directly from your Marketplace account.

N.B: The Seller ID must first be enabled by Octopia for ShippyPro use, so you will need to request the enablement from the marketplace before the connection.


2. Connection steps

To connect your Marketplace, simply access the Marketplace section from your ShippyPro account. Click on the Octopia logo and enter Seller ID before confirming!


Update my Octopia marketplace with shipping information and mark the order as shipped.

Enable this option to automatically send all shipping details to the Marketplace and update with Shipped status.


3. Specific requirements

Select one or more sales channels from which you want to import orders into ShippyPro.

If you want to import orders from different sales channels into different order tabs, you can create multiple connections to Octopia, each with a different selection of sales channels.

If you want to import all orders indiscriminately into a single order tab, select 'All Sales Channel'.
