Customer Care: can access only to Track & Trace to manage customer inquiries.

Warehouse: can access only to Label Creator and Picking Lists generated from the platform or via API.

Accessing Teams settings
Once the Teams functionality is enabled for your account, follow these steps to access the Teams settings:

Log in to your ShippyPro account.

Click on your name located under the Profile section.

Select "My Profile" from the dropdown menu.

On the next page, you will find the "Teams" tab.

Click on it to enter the Teams settings.
Teams overview
Upon entering the Teams tab, you'll gain a comprehensive overview of all your teammates. Here, you can easily manage your team members and their roles.
Adding a new team member
Adding a new member to your team is a quick and straightforward process:

Click on the "Create a new team" button.

Enter your teammate's details:

First Name

Last Name

Email

Editing teammate information
If you need to make changes to a teammate's information, follow these steps:

Click on the three dots located on the right side of the teammate's entry.

Choose "Edit" from the dropdown menu.

You can update the Name and Last Name, but please note that you cannot change the email address associated with the user. If you need to update the email, add a new teammate account.
Team roles
Assigning roles to your team members is essential for effective collaboration. Here's how you can do it:

Click on the "+" icon to add a new role.

Choose from predefined roles such as Label Creator, Track & Trace, Easy Return, Live Checkout, Marketplace Connections, Carrier Connections, Settings, Administration, Integrations, Shipping Rules, Analytics, and Basic.

Alternatively, you can create a custom role by clicking on "Create a custom role." Provide a Name, Description, and set Page Permissions as needed.

Click "Confirm" to save the role assignment.
4. FAQs
I sent an invitation to my team member, but they're requested to create a new ShippyPro account. They already have an active account.
In this case, follow these steps:

The Admin sends the invitation (valid for 1 day).

The teammate must be logged into the website.
-
The teammate clicks on the email link.
-
The teammate is directed to the 'Enter team' page.
-
The teammate clicks the final button to enter the team.
-
Once logged in, the teammate sees "This is your team profile" and the Admin's email.
