Authentication error
If the connection fails on save, double-check your Client ID and Client Secret. Credentials are validated live via OAuth token generation when the configuration is saved.
Phone number rejected
InPost Global requires the country prefix on all phone numbers (e.g. +39 for Italy). Make sure the phone number includes the prefix, otherwise the shipment request will be refused.
Invalid ZIP code
InPost Global only accepts a specific list of valid ZIP codes for the address-to-address service. If the destination ZIP code is not in the supported list, the shipment will fail. Verify the ZIP code is valid for this service before retrying.
