What to do in case of No rates found DHL error

If you are receiving the "No rates found" error for DHL at the rate selection step in Shipping Labels > To Ship section, it’s usually related to the fact that your credentials are not active or are incorrect.

In this case, you can do the following:

  • Go to Carriers > Connection > Edit section and confirm again the connection. If you see a specific error message you can search our HELP center for more details on how to solve it.

If no error is displayed, you should check:

  • If the credentials employed are valid (or not up–to–date, so make sure to update it on ShippyPro as well!)

  • Delete any possible space in your credentials

  • If the credentials have been activated by your Sales person (you can check in the carrier connection guide in our HELP center whether an additional activation or procedure is required).
