3. Troubleshooting

I'm receiving the following error message when trying to connect Amazon v2: Invalid redirect URL received. Validate the redirection URL used. Error Code: MD5101

We advise you to carry out the connection procedure by accessing it from www.shippypro.com/login.html and not from your custom domain.

In case you completed the connection and the orders are still not imported, please delete the current connection and create a new one. It is possible that you didn’t give permissions after the authorization or removed them afterwards.

4. FAQs

How do I know that Amazon is correctly connected?

If the connection is correctly established, you'll receive a positive message telling you that the marketplace was successfully connected.

When and where will my orders be imported?

After Amazon is successfully connected, all your pending orders will be imported with all the order details and product images in Label Creator > To Ship in 10 minutes, ready to be shipped in a few clicks.

Inside To Ship, you'll see all your pending orders that will be imported from all your stores every 10 minutes.

Can I connect my Amazon Seller Central account to more than one ShippyPro profile?

That is not advisable as it might cause discrepancies in the synchronization of orders imported into ShippyPro and in the update of orders on Amazon, once shipped.

We have introduced a limit on the maximum number of new orders imported for an Amazon v2 connection. This limit is necessary so that we can speed up the import of new orders and avoid extending the import time (which may fail) on the first connection.

Example: if you have 300 Amazon orders to ship, 80 orders will display on the first import, after 10 minutes we'll import 80 new orders for a total of 160, and so on. The 300 orders will thus be imported within about 30 minutes. There is no need for any further action on your side. On Amazon, the default Incoterm is always DAP.
