How can I change Carrier service once I created my shipment?

Faster, intuitive and flexible: that's how your shipping process will look like through the newest Select new rate option.

Let's see how you can change and apply a different Carrier service once you already created your shipment.

  1. From Shipping Labels section, click on Fix Order or on the pencil icon on its right and scroll all the way down to Update rates:

  1. Select the new Carrier service of your choice

  1. Click on Confirm and wait for the shipment to be processed again.

💡 You can apply this process even if you need to change some shipment's details, Carrier's rates will be automatically updated.

Now your shipment will been correctly updated with the new service selected.
