Amazon Shipping gives you the possibility to supply your clients a reliable shipping experience that complies all Amazon standards from your own website and other e-commerce channels.

Let's take a look at a couple of them!

  • πŸ—“ Delivery in 24/48H: faster than ever, as only Amazon can offer.

  • πŸš› Delivery 7/7 days: grant your customers deliveries every day of the week.

  • πŸ“ Pick up 6 days out of 7: maximum flexibility of choice, Amazon Shipping picks–up your shipment 6 days out of 7.

  • πŸ”₯ All-inclusive rates: you always know what to expect, 0 surprises on your final price (even for saturday and sundays!)

  • πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» A customer service always available for every requests: from your or your customer.

Moreover, connecting Amazon Shipping to ShippyPro couldn't be easier!

Let's see how! πŸ”

πŸ’‘ If you don't have an Amazon Seller account you'll still be able to use the connection, as long as you have an Amazon Shipping Carrier account.

2. How to connect Amazon Shipping to ShippyPro

In order to connect your Carrier access Carriers > Connection and click on Amazon Shipping logo.

Select then your Account Type between:

Seller Central (available for Europe, Far East)

Shipper Central (only available for Europe)

From the connection menu click on Link my account: Amazon Shipping after selecting your Region (Europe, Far East):

⚠️ Kindly note that North America is temporarily not available.

You'll be addressed to Amazon website where you'll need to add your access data.

Once authorised all the fields displayed you'll be redirected again to ShippyPro:

πŸ“Œ Kindly note that Amazon Shipping only supports national shipments within Italy, India and UK.

Enable Test Mode to make some test shipments:

⚠️ The "Test Mode" option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!

If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognise the connection among all the others.

πŸ“Œ Kindly note that to use Amazon Shipping via API is mandatory to first make GetRates API call before Ship API call.

Indeed you'll need to retrieve the RateID directly from the GetRates response and enter it into the Ship request.

In case the RateID is empty or invalid, you'll display the following error message: "Unable to send this shipment with the selected rate. Please try again or use a different rate." It's not possible to edit nor fix the labels but you'll be able to make again the request.

πŸ“Œ Please note that Amazon Shipping can only provide for monoparcel shipments and not multiple parcels ones.

πŸ“Œ Please note: you'll need to accept the Amazon Shipping T&C in Seller Central for Amazon Shipping to send rates. In case you're not seeing Amazon Shipping rates, it may be because you haven’t accepted Carrier T&C inside your Amazon seller central.
