Let's see how you can connect Cdiscount to ShippyPro in just a few steps.
1. Before you start
On the page of your Cdiscount, click on Settings > Your personal settings and bank details and choose your API connection settings.
2. Connection steps
Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on Cdiscount logo.
Usually, the API username bears this form: xxxxxxxxxx-api
If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.
Please note that we'll import the orders from CDiscount as long as they're in status WaitingForShipmentAcceptation / Pending Acceptance
A delay in the order importation might be due to a delay in accepting the payment method on the CDiscount side.
