To connect Royal Mail to ShippyPro you should ask your Royal Mail Account Manager to supply you with Account Number, Posting Location and OBA email that afterwards you'll need to send us via chat. 💬
Remember to also inform us about the name of the specific service (or services) you'd like to connect.
Once connected you'll receive our confirmation together with the next steps to follow in order to complete the process.
📌 Note: close API must have 250 Orders ID maximum for each call, this is also valid for manual shipment closure,
📌 Once proceeded with the connection, remember to make the End of The Day in order to send the Carrier shipments' info, it will also generate the Manifest.
In the connection menu you can display some options, let's take a look at them!
- Label Type gives you the possibility you to choose the correct label format for your printer.
- Documents lets you indicate that your shipments contain, as you can imagine from the name, some pieces of documentation.
If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.
📌Kindly note that Royal Mail shipments currently don't provide for tracking information.
📌To Ship with International Standard (International Flat service) you can select the corresponding option Large Letter.
