Are you wondering how can you manage your Returns with DHL? Here's the answer!
First of all, access to Carriers > Connection > Edit (if you already connected it following this guide).
Then pay attention to the following steps:
1. If you'd like to print both Shipping and Return Label for a Return in the box, and so in one time, add your Outbound Client Code in DHL Account Number field and your Inbound Client Code in the DHL Inbound Account Number field.
📌 Note: The DHL Outbound Account Number is the one that starts with a "1", while the DHL Inbound Account Number should always start with a "9".
Then tick Print Return label option on the bottom and Confirm.
2. If you'd like to make Returns separately from the main Shipment, you need to create a new myDHL Connection with the following configuration:
Add your Inbound Client Code in DHL Account Number field and your Outbound Client Code in the DHL Inbound Account Number field.
So basically as the exact opposite of the first set up.
