Connecting your Marketplaces with ShippyPro is really quick and it usually requires only a few clicks, like with eBay, for example.

However, there are some marketplaces that require more than a few steps. That's why we created this quick guide to help you connect your sales channels.
Let's see how to do it! 🔍
1. Which Marketplaces?
These are all the marketplaces that require a specific setup. You can easily click on one marketplace to be redirected to the dedicated section.
Contact ShipEdge support to get the following data: Host, Port, Username, Password.
Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on ShipEdge logo.
Install ShippyPro App from the Storeden app store. Register or login to complete the connection.
📌 Storeden orders can only be marked on the Marketplace as Shipped.
The use of any other order status, such like "In transit" or "Ready for delivery" can be carried out through a Webhook.
Please note that your imported orders will be available in To Ship section up to 15 days.
To connect TradeGecko, click on TradeGecko Logo from Marketplaces, click on the banner that will appear and then add your credentials to the marketplace Login page.
To connect Ubaldi, you'll need to enter your API Key. You can retrieve it from your profile.
Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on Ubaldi logo.
To connect Walmart, enter the credentials requested clicking on Walmart logo in Marketplaces section.
Then remember to proceed with the Acknowledge of orders on Walmart for them to be imported.
To connect Weebly, click on Weebly Logo from Marketplaces, click on the banner that will appear and then install ShippyPro plugin.
💡Note: if you're facing some issues with the connection, check if your account is authorized to use apps.
📌 Once connected Weebly to ShippyPro only the last 25 orders will be automatically imported on ShippyPro, other orders will be gradually imported when shipped the first 25.
Connect into the WiziShop website to get the credential from inside the profile page.
Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on WiziShop logo.
To connect Worten, you'll need to enter your API Key. You can retrieve it from your profile.

1. Can I add another marketplace of the same platform?
Yes, you can! To connect another marketplaces of the same platform (for example, another eBay store) it's not necessary to modify the first one.
You can simply add a new store, clicking again on the relative icon on the left side of the Marketplace page.
2. Can I set more than one rule for each Marketplace?
Yes, you can! Click on Add New Rule to add as many rules as you'd like for each marketplace.
3. Why my Shopify fulfilled orders are not imported on ShippyPro?
ShippyPro only import Shopify unfulfilled orders.
4. Why can't I see my order in To Ship section when cancelled from my Marketplace?
Once Processing orders have been cancelled from the Marketplace they'll automatically be cancelled from To Ship section in ShippyPro also.
5. Can I remove my Excel and Return orders folders from To Ship section?
No, Excel and Return orders folders can't be remove from To Ship section once added.
