Manage international shipment's documentation both saving paper and quicker

...with only one call for all your Carriers! ๐Ÿ™Œ

What are the specific features of this API Call? ๐Ÿ“Œ

With Paperless API call you'll be able to:

  • Upload custom documents for international shipments, you'll save both paper and time!

  • As soon as you create your shipping labels, custom documents will be transmitted to your Carriers automatically (UPS, FedEx, DHL Express or Aramex).

Useful tips:

๐Ÿ’ก You can ship an order for which an ETD has been uploaded via UploadPaperlessDocumentation API either via the To Ship page or via API Ship!

๐Ÿ“Œ If you proceed through API you need to make ETD through UploadPaperlessDocumentation call before making Ship call (or before sending the order from To Ship section), or the ETD won't be hooked to Ship call. TransactionID, Name, Country fields must match (case sensitive).

๐Ÿ“Œ Paperless API can be used only once, so Edit API cannot be employed with this specific call.

This means that if you need to apply some changes on a Paperless document already generated, you should make a new Paperless API call as well as a new Ship related to this new one.

๐Ÿ“Œ If you make a Paperless API call with a TransactionID already present inside the To Ship section, it will be automatically be attached to your order if shipped within the next 24 hours.

In case you upload two ETDs with the same TransactionID and then you create the shipment, only the most recent file will be attached.

On another hand, if you upload an X number of Paperless documents without any order inside To Ship section and then you create your shipments, all the ETDs from the last 24h will be attached.
