To connect SF Express you need to request the credentials for ShippyPro connection to the carrier.
Once received Carrier's confirmation, add them from Carriers > Connection > Click on SF Express Logo.
In case you face error: Customer does not exist, it means that you need to request API activation to your SF Account Manager / Person.
Please note that you need to have a Merchant Account (and not a Client Account) to be able to connect SF Express to ShippyPro.
Here some more useful tips:
📌 The Service will only be available for domestic shipments in China and Hong Kong.
📌 If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.
