1. Before you start

Before you start connecting this Carrier, make sure you have contacted your sales advisor to obtain your Carrier credentials.

2. Connect SF Express to ShippyPro

After you have obtained your credentials from your sales advisor, follow this step by step guide and connect your Carrier:

  • Visit Carriers > Connection and click on the SF Express logo.

  • Add your Partner ID and Password.

  • Pick your Service.

🧪 Test Mode

Enable the Test Mode if you'd like to make some test shipments. Please keep in mind that this option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!

4. Errors troubleshooting

  • In case you face error: Customer does not exist, it means that you need to request API activation to your SF Account Manager / Person.

    Please note that you need to have a Merchant Account (and not a Client Account) to be able to connect SF Express to ShippyPro.
