If you're trying to download your orders but you can't find them anymore in Shipping Labels section verify from My Profile > Preferences the limit set for Archived Orders.

If the orders you're looking for exceeded this limit, you can still download them from Track&Trace > Overview.

Click on Download Excel, select Status and Max Days limit and then click on Download.

📌Tip: in order to select multiple statuses, select the first one and then press and hold CTRL for Windows and the Command key for Mac. 

And you're done! ✨
