Connect your Carriers is usually a simple process, as you may have seen for the main Carriers.
However, some Delivery Services may need more than a few steps. Here's step by step what you need to connect your Carriers.

To connect Fastway you need to get fastlabel from your Fastway Sales Person, then add your API KEY from Carriers > Connection > Click on Fastway Logo.
To connect FBC you need to get API activation from FBC/Cdiscount, then fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on FBC Logo.
Fulfillment by Amazon
To correctly connect Fulfillment by Amazon include your Seller ID and MWS Authorization Code (Auth Token) from Carriers > Connection > Fulfillment by Amazon Logo.
Once you'll receive an order which is not from Amazon you'll be able to ship it through Amazon Carrier from Amazon Logistic.
For this reason all the SKUs need to be edited and the label not printed, in fact you need to send Amazon the info to ship that order, Amazon will do the rest.
📌 Note: you need that the stock of the product is available inside your Amazon Store or the rate won't be shown.
📌 To ship via FBA, orders' SKUs must be the same as the ones uploaded on your own Seller Central.
To connect Geodis you need the requested info from Carriers > Connection > Geodis Logo to your Sales Person in Geodis.

In order to enable Tracking you should also add Zoom Username and Password, usually username is an abbreviation, to know how to retrieve these two data, check page 9 and 10 of this page.
Once filled the fields and confirmed, you need to create a Test Label, so disable Test Mode from Carriers > Connection > Geodis > Edit and create it, then enable it again and proceed with the End of the Day from Shipping Labels > Select the order > Carriers > Geodis End of the day.
Then send the label generated directly to Geodis to let them enable Production settings and be ready to start shipping!
To connect GLS Austria contact your GLS Sales Person and request the activation of API Connection on your GLS Austria Account. Once received confirmation fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on GLS Logo.
To connect GLS Germany contact your GLS Sales Person and request the activation of API Connection on your GLS DE Account.
Once received confirmation fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on GLS Logo.
To connect GLS France ask your GLS contact to assign you a Counter, then add it together with the other data requested from Carriers > Connection > Click on GLS France Logo.
GLS Germany or Austria
To connect GLS Germany or GLS Austria contact your GLS Sales Person and request the activation of API Connection on your GLS DE Account.
Then fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on GLS Logo.
In order to connect GLS Spain you should enter your UID Code: that's a 36 digits code which includes both letters and numbers, you need to ask for it to your Sales Contact in GLS Spain.
To connect GoExpress you can ask for FTP User and Password directly to GoExpress.
Then fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on GoExpress Logo.
To connect GSO you need to ask to your GSO Account Manager the API Credentials.
Once received them, fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on GSO Logo.
Hong Kong Post
To connect Hong Kong Post it's required an Annual Plan Subscription or, alternatively, a Setup Fee.

To connect InPost PL you need to ask for your InPost PL Sales Person the API credentials to your InPost PL Account Manager and then add them in Carriers > Connection by clicking on InPost PL logo.
To connect KTO, contact your KTO Sales Person and request the activation of API Connection on your KTO Account. Once received confirmation fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on KTO Logo.
To connect your Lettre Suivie (Groupe La Poste) account to ShippyPro you need to ask your Lettre Suivie Account Manager the information requested in Carriers > Connection > Lettre Suivie Logo.
Then you can include them from Carriers > Connection by clicking on Lettre Suivie Logo.
Lettre Suivie ECOPLI is the only service which doesn't need a Tracking Range so you can add a value between 0 e 10000000 during the setup.
For Standard service you need to ask your Account Manager the Tracking Range that will be assigned to you.
At the moment you can integrate your La Poste account as Lettre Suivie.
You can connect Lietuvos Pastas to ShippyPro only if you have signed an agreement for API access, then we can connect the Carrier to the API. Contact Post.ln in order to allow access to API.

To connect Mondial Relay you should ask your Mondial Relay contact to activate API on your Credentials and then add your Username, Password and Customer ID (Only for Dual Carrier API) to Carriers > Connection > Mondial Relay Logo.
Mondial Relay Collection Mode (Where shipments are picked-up) : CCC (from the Merchant), CDR (Single delivery man pick-up at home), CDS (Special home pick-up), REL (Point Relais® collection).
Fill Customer ID field by asking for it to your MR Sales Person only in case you use Dual Carrier API service, if you will exclusively use Mondial Relay instead, you can leave out this info.
In order to connect MyHermes write us on Chat 💬 your MyHermes credentials, we will provide for your connection.
To connect MRW to ShippyPro remember to include your SAGEC number in Username field from Carriers > Connection by clicking on MRW Logo.
To connect P2P you need to request Production Credentials to your P2P Sales Person, the use the Api Key Production for ShippyPro connection from da Carriers > Connection > Click on P2P Logo.
To connect Palletways you need to ask for your Palletways Sales Person the API Key activation on your Profile, then add it in Carriers > Connection by clicking on Palletways logo.
To connect ParcelForce you need to request Express Link API test credentials to your ParcelForce person.
Then, print and forward a picture of the label directly to the Carrier together with the request to activate SFTP Tracking for ShippyPro in order to receive Production Credentials and be ready to start shipping!
📌 Remember to disable the Test Mode in order to start shipping with Production Credentials.
To connect Post AT, contact your Post AT Sales Person and request the activation of API Connection on your Post AT Account.
Once received confirmation fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on Post AT Logo.

To connect PostNL you should ask your PostNL contact to activate API on your Credentials (Production Key) and then add your API Key, Account Number, Customer Code, Collection Location, Global Pack, Signature URL and Trusted Shipper ID to Carriers > Connection > PostNL Logo
To connect Royal Mail to ShippyPro you should ask your Royal Mail Account Manager to supply you with Account Number, Posting Location and OBA email that afterwards you'll need to send us via chat. 💬
Remember to also inform us about the name of the specific service (or services) you'd like to connect.
Once received activation confirmation you need to fill the API security tab on Intersoft website.
Then we'll need to generate Username and Password to include inside Carriers configuration that we'll communicate you.
📌 Note: close API must have 250 Orders ID maximum for each call, both for manual and API.
📌 Once proceeded with the connection, remember to make the End of The Day in order to send the Carrier shipments' info.
