Connect your Carriers is usually a simple process, as you may have seen for the main Carriers.

  

However, some Delivery Services may need more than a few steps. Here's step by step what you need to connect your Carriers.

Which Carrier? 🚚

These are all the Carriers that require a specific a setup. You can easily click on one Carrier to be redirected to the dedicated section.

   

Asendia

To connect Asendia you should ask to Asendia the API Credentials and then add them from Carriers > Connection > Asendia Logo.

Aramex

To connect Aramex you should ask to Aramex the API Credentials and then add your Contract Number and Password from Carriers > Connection > Aramex Logo.

📌 One connection is enough for all services.


In case you are not able to display rates, please check your credentials or sender address.

Indeed, remember to add your addresses, as well as your Company name (which shouldn't exceed 30 characters limit), in My Addresses page. More info about here.

Please note that even email address field will be checked, for this reason in case of issues during Carrier selection check that it has been fulfilled correctly.

B2C Europe

In order to connect your B2C Europe Account ask your B2C contact what type of API integration is assigned to your Account. 

Then contact us via Chat 💬 to proceed with the connection and request tracking activation.
 

BPost

To connect Bpost to ShippyPro write us via Chat 💬 we'll request the carrier the password needed for the activation for you.

Then make sure to add login and passphrase from Carriers > Connection > BPost Logo.

If you announce your parcels through the Shipping Manager API, you will have a passphrase, while for tracking activity is required an API Tracking password to ask to your Bpost person.

ChronoPost

To connect ChronoPost you should ask your ChronoPost contact the API activation on your Credentials as well as Live Rates API Activation to show rates during shipments creation.

Then add your Account Number and Password to Carriers > Connection > ChronoPost Logo.

 📌 ChronoPost will only accept French sender info.


ChronoPost Portugal

To connect ChronoPost Portugal you should ask your ChronoPost contact the API activation on your Credentials and then add your Account Number and Password to Carriers > Connection > ChronoPost Logo.
    

Colissimo

To connect Colissimo you can enter your Colissimo credentials from Carriers > Connection > Colissimo Logo.

Colis Prive

To connect ColisPrive you should ask your Colis Prive contact to activate API on your Credentials and then add your Account Number, Password, Account ID and Customer ID to Carriers > Connection > ColisPrive Logo.

CollectPlus

To connect CollectPlus you should ask your CollectPlus contact to activate API on your Credentials and then add your credentials to Carriers > Connection > ColisPrive Logo.

Delivengo

To connect Delivengo to ShippyPro you need to request the Token and Coclico to your Delivengo Account Manager. 

Then add your credentials from Carriers > Connection > Click on Delivengo Logo.

📌 If you face error "Le support '33' n'est pas disponible." o "Le support '50' n'est pas disponible.", check your Account Type from your Delivengo Profile in Carriers > Connection > Edit.
 

DPD

To connect DPD to ShippyPro you should ask your DPD Sales Contact the following information: 

  • Delis Id
  • Password
  • DPD Customer Number

As well as API activation for our service.

💡DPD doesn't allow to convert ZPL labels in PDF, therefore you need to employ a DPD printer.

💡To make multiparcel shipments you need to create as many shipments as the parcels are, for this reason you'll have to create a Manual Shipment starting from the second parcel, you can find here all the steps to create a Manual Shipment. 

You can also apply this instructions for DPD Austria and DPD Germany.

  

DPD France

To connect DPD France you need to ask API activation for ShippyPro service to your DPD Sales Contact 

Once received confirmation fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on DPD France Logo.

If you get Permission denied error, it means that your DPD Credentials need API Activation, please ask for this to your local DPD Depot.

  

DPD Local

To connect DPD Local you need to add your DPD Local credentials from Carriers > Connection > DPD Local logo.

Then add your Carrier's Rates by clicking on Edit Prices in the same section.

💡Note: Zebra Printers are not supported by DPD Local, nor ZPL to PDF conversion. For this carrier is required an Official Citizen Printer.


DPD LT

To connect DPD LT you need to ask API activation for ShippyPro service to your DPD Sales Contact

Once received confirmation fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on DPD LT Logo.

DPD NL

To connect DPD NL you need to ask API activation for ShippyPro service to your DPD Sales Contact

Once received confirmation fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on DPD NL Logo.

DPD Poland

To connect DPD Poland you need to ask API activation for ShippyPro service to your DPD Sales Contact

Once received confirmation fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on DPD Poland Logo.

DPD UK

To connect DPD UK you need to enter the same credentials from https://www.dpd.co.uk/ in Carriers > Connection > DPDUK Logo.

💡Note: ZPL print with DPD UK it's only possible through a DPD Thermal Printer.

DPD Hungary

To connect DPD Hungary you need to ask API activation for ShippyPro service to your DPD Sales Contact

Once received confirmation fill with the information requested the fields from Carriers > Connection > Click on DPD Hungary Logo.
