Have you correctly connected Parcelforce but your shipments show no tracking updates? 🔍

Here's how you can fix this:

  1. Connect ParcelForce by requesting Express Link API test credentials to your ParcelForce person.

  2. Once filled the fields from Carriers > Connection > ParcelForce and confirmed, you need to create a Test Label, so enable Test Mode from Carriers > Connection > ParcelForce > Edit and generate it.

  3. Print and forward a picture of the label directly to the Carrier together with the request to activate SFTP Tracking for ShippyPro to receive Production Credentials and be ready to start tracking your Parcelforce shipments!
