Connecting your Marketplaces with ShippyPro is really quick and it usually requires only a few clicks, like with eBay, for example.

However, there are some marketplaces that require more than a few steps. That's why we created this quick guide to help you connect your sales channels.

1. Which Marketplaces?
These are all the marketplaces that require a specific setup. You can easily click on one marketplace to be redirected to the dedicated section.
Auchan
To connect Auchan, you'll just need to enter your API Key. You can retrieve it from your Auchan profile.
Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on Auchan logo.
Big Cartel
To connect Big Cartel click on its icon from Marketplaces section and then on Link my Account button. Once addressed to Big Cartel login page, add your shop URL and Password.
📌 Note: only incoming orders will be imported, the ones previous the connection won't be moved into ShippyPro.
Bol
⚠️ Note: Bol integration is currently under maintenance, for this reason is temporarily not available.
You can find your Public and Private keys on your Seller Dashboard after you have logged into your account on bol.com.
The Private and Public keys are located under “instellingen”, on the page “API Instellingen” of your BOL account.
You will be asked to supply a Technical contact. This information is required to gain access to your API keys. This contact information will only be used to directly contact your IT-representative in case of severe downtime of the API or to inform them of a mandatory update.
This contact will not be used to for any promotional e-mails. After supplying your technical contact, you can generate keys for both Test and Production accounts.
Copy and paste Public and Private keys of the Production account into your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces, clicking on BOL logo.
📌 For the orders to be imported in ShippyPro, you need to accept them on BOL first.
Backmarket
Contact Backmarket support to get the API token. Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on Backmarket logo.
💡 We are importing orders in status 3 = `Order` shipping is pending
BeezUP
To connect BeezUP, you need to enter your Username and Password. Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on BezzUP logo.
Carrefour
In order to connect Carrefour Marketplace, you'll just need to enter your API Key. You can retrieve it from your Carrefour profile.

Cdiscount
On the page of your Sellershop, click on Settings > Your personal settings and bank details and choose your API connection settings.

Conforama
To connect Conforama, you'll just need to enter your API Key. You can retrieve it from your Conforama profile.
Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on Conforama logo.
DiscoGS
Click here and then clic on the top right "Create an App", enter your login credentials and generate the token. Copy and paste your token in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on DiscoGS logo.
Drupalcommerce
You should first contact us in chat or by email at [email protected] , please give us your Hostname and your IP address.
Once you will be enabled, copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on Drupalcommerce logo.
Ecwid
Connecting Ecwid to ShippyPro is really simple. Click on the Ecwid logo and then on Link my Ecwid account. You'll then be required to log into your Ecwid account and it will be automatically connected.
📌 Ecwid can not be connected if you currently are in free Ecwid plan since Rest API are only available starting from Venture plan.
📌 Kindly note that we only import orders with "processing" status
📌 Secret Key data is not mandatory, therefore you can proceed by simply adding a space in that field.
El Corte Ingles
In order to connect El Corte Inglés Marketplace, you'll just need to enter your API Key. You can retrieve it from your El Corte Inglés profile.
Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on El Corte Inglés logo.
ePrice
To connect with ePrice, login in your account at this link, choose your API key and then click on “Generate a new key”.

Fnac
Contact the Fnac support to get the ShopID. Once you have it, open a ticket to contact our support team for the service to be activated. 🔗
When we'll give you confirmation, copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on Fnac logo.
GoSport
To connect GoSport, you'll just need to enter your API Key. You can retrieve it from your GoSport profile.
Copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on Go Sport logo.
Groupon Goods
For your Groupon Goods, you first need to generate the token at this link. Then you can follow these guidelines to get the supplier ID.
Once you have it, copy and paste your data in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on Groupon Goods logo.
📌 Note: as per Groupon Goods API limit, it will be only imported 250 orders at a time. Once elaborated them from To Ship section, the new ones will come up immediately after.
IBS
To connect IBS.it, you'll need to enter your API Key. You can find it from your IBS Dashboard. Click on your Profile Settings > API Key.
Copy your API KEY and paste it in your ShippyPro account > Marketplaces clicking on IBS logo.
Lengow
To connect Lengow, you'll just need to enter your Access Token and your Secret. You can retrieve it from here https://my.lengow.io/company/api.

FAQs 💭
1. Can I add another marketplace of the same platform?
Yes, you can! To connect another marketplaces of the same platform (for example, another eBay store) it's not necessary to modify the first one.
You can simply add a new store, clicking again on the relative icon on the left side of the Marketplace page.
2. Can I set more than one rule for each Marketplace?
Yes, you can! Click on Add New Rule to add as many rules as you'd like for each marketplace.
3. Why my Shopify fulfilled orders are not imported on ShippyPro?
ShippyPro only import Shopify unfulfilled orders.
4. Why can't I see my order in To Ship section when cancelled from my Marketplace?
Once Processing orders have been cancelled from the Marketplace they'll automatically be cancelled from To Ship section in ShippyPro also.
5. Can I remove my Excel and Return orders folders from To Ship section?
No, Excel and Return orders folders can't be remove from To Ship section once added.
