In order to enable Feedback, you firstly need to enable the automatic sending of Email Notifications for the status Leave Feedback. Learn how here



Once you enable Leave Feedback, your customers will be able to review ShippyPro and the Carrier.

If you have integrated Ebay, ShippyPro will automatically import reviews that your customers leaves directly on the Marketplace.

The page will look like this:



You can filter all the reviews by Name, Date or Address.

Here is a small preview of how it will look like. Click then on View to read the entire Feedback. ✅
