In Track and Trace > Customer Care you can answer Customer Questions and resolve Customer Complaints.



In order to manage your Customer Care you need to enable Customer Care Box on the Tracking Page sent to the client by email.



Once you enabled Customer Care Box, the messages you receive will be displayed sorted by date.
You can open all Tracking History by clicking on the Tracking Number under the relative column:

Click on it to open all Tracking History:



If you'd like to see all Messages sent automatically by ShippyPro, click on View Messages under Reply Text:



To reply to your customer's message click on the blue email icon under Reply You can send customized answers to your customer by selecting Predefined Text or writing the content down.

You can also choose from which server the email will be sent. The default is [email protected], but you can add your personal server from Integrations & API > Plugin > SMTP Server

Lastly, insert the object and then click on Send Message
