Click on Easy Return > Templates Email, to customize the Email Templates. You can add your logo, your banner and edit the content of the email.

You can edit your templates per language, carrier and marketplace. So you have different customized templates.

Please note that the temples Return Received and Reject will only be sent to your customers if the return is approved manually.

You can customize also Vendor Charged and Customer Charged Templates.

For this kind of emails, the customer will receive some information on how to return the product. (packing, documentation...)

ShippyPro sends the shipping labels ready to be printed out by your customers. The customer needs only to cut the shipping labels and put the Return Form direclty inside the package.
