After the connection of your marketplace, ShippyPro will import every order with the unshipped status on the page To Ship, a sync runs every ten minutes.

For each order with the status Unshipped, ShippyPro imports the addressee’s data and the order details, including the product images and the amount paid by the customer (Example: insurance or the cash on delivery).
It is important to remember that  it doesn’t exist any case of conflict or overlapping between systems while using ShippyPro with other platforms, like the carrier platforms or others third parties devices to track and create waybills. Indeed, ShippyPro recovers constantly your data’s store to identify your orders that had been processed with other systems.
