Summary:

1. Before you start

In order to connect DHL eCommerce Thailand to ShippyPro you'd need to have a DHL eCommerce Thailand account with API access in order to retrieve the credentials.

2. Connection steps

Once you have retrieved all the information necessary you can proceed to connect the Carrier:

  • Navigate to Carriers and click on DHL eCommerce Thailand Logo.

  • Insert credentials:

    • Client ID

    • Password

    • Pickup Account Id

    • Sold to Account Id

  • Handover mode: Select the collection mode of your parcels. You can choose among:

    • Pick-up by the carrier: a carrier will reach the sender address to collect the parcels

    • Drop-off to a service point: the sender will bring parcels to a DHL service point

  • Select the shipment service

  • Select the label type you want to generate

3. Additional options

  • I want to use automatic closeout

Automatically set a shipment as closed after its creation. Suggested enablement for domestic shipments.

  • Indicate that VAT / GST Tax has been pre-paid in case of DDP

You can choose to set VAT / GST Tax as prepaid or not in case of international shipments with DDP incoterm.

  • Test Mode

Enable the Test Mode if you'd like to make some test shipments. Please keep in mind that this option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!
