Summary:

1. Before you start

In order to connect Ceska Posta to ShippyPro you'd need to have a Ceska Posta account with API access in order to retrieve the credentials.

2. Connection steps

Once you have retrieved all the information necessary you can proceed to connect the Carrier:

  • Navigate to Carriers >click on Ceska Posta Logo.

  • Insert credentials:

    • Customer Id

    • CCK Id

    • Secret Key

    • API Token

  • Insert postcode from which you'll ship goods into Contracted Postcode. It should be previously agreed with the carrier.

  • Select the shipment service

  • Select the label type you want to generate

3. Additional options

Enable the Test Mode if you'd like to make some test shipments. Please keep in mind that this option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!

4. Troubleshooting & Errors

  • Insurance is required for Ceska Posta. Please set insurance value greater than 0 and try again.
    Ceska Posta requires to set an insured amount > 0 on all the shipments. To solve the error, make sure to select "Edit", insert it in "Shipment Info" > "Insurance" and click "Save the changes and re-elaborate the order"

  • Carrier notes are not printed on the label.
    Ceska Posta does not print carrier notes on the label, but our system transmits said information to the carrier's systems.
