1. Before you start
Retrieve your Seller ID directly from your Marketplace account.
⚠️ N.B: The Seller ID must first be enabled by Octopia for ShippyPro use, so you will need to request the enablement from the marketplace before the connection.
2. Connection steps
To connect your Marketplace, simply access the Marketplace section from your ShippyPro account. Click on the Octopia logo and enter Seller ID before confirming!
3. Specific requirements
Select one or more sales channels from which you want to import orders into ShippyPro.
If you want to import orders from different sales channels into different order tabs, you can create multiple connections to Octopia, each with a different selection of sales channels.
If you want to import all orders indiscriminately into a single order tab, select 'All Sales Channel'.
