Let's see how you can connect UK Mail to ShippyPro in just a few steps.

1. Before you start

To connect UK MAIL you need to ask your UK Mail Account Manager for the API Credentials.

2. Connection steps

Subsequently, enter the requested information into the designated fields found under Carriers > Select the UKMail Logo.

3. Supported service

  • Verify if your Carrier supports the possibility to print Return Labels together with Shipment Labels, then you can enable that option from Carriers > Edit.

  • Select then your Service between:

    • Parcel Next Day

    • Parcel 48 Hour

    • Bagit Small Next Day

    • Bagit Medium Next Day

    • Bagit Large Next Day

    • Bagit XL Next Day

    • Parcel Saturday

    • Parcel Next Day 09

    • Parcel Next Day 10:30

    • Parcel Next Day 12

  • And pick your Preferred Delivery Choice:

    • Signature Service to the specified address & neighbour (YYY)

    • Signature Service to the specified address only (NYN)

    • Leave Safe at specified address or signature service to neighbour (YYY/Safe)

4. Additional options

Finally, enable the Test Mode if you'd like to make some test shipments.


​The "Test Mode" option should be flagged only if you have test credentials, not production credentials!

If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.

5. Troubleshooting & Errors

Why my UKMail orders aren’t getting tracked?

Please note that for obtaining tracking updates we use the password you inserted in the "password" field, from Carriers > Connection > UKMail > Edit.

In case your tracking password is different from the one you have employed for shipping, then you should set the same password.

What can I do if I face Invalid authentication Error with UK Mail?

Go to Connection > Carriers > UKMail > Edit and then Confirm without making any edits.

If the error still appears, verify with your UK Mail Account Manager the API Credentials.
