Palletways is the first Network specialized in the handling of palletized goods in Italy.
In this article, you will learn how to connect Palletways to ShippyPro and add additional options such as the Test Mode to your existing connection. ✨

1. Before you start
In order to connect your Palletways account ask your Palletways account manager the activation of API Key to your Account.
2. Connection steps
Now that everything is correctly set up in Palletways portal, you're ready to connect it to ShippyPro.
Navigate to Carriers and click on Palletways Logo (simply type "Palletways" on the search bar to spot it in a sec).
Enter your API Key.
Pick your Service. If you'd like to add multiple services, you'll need to create a new connection for each one.
3. Additional Options

If you want, you can also enter a Custom Label to recognize the connection among all the others.
4. Troubleshooting & Errors
Please note that even if no Test Mode option is available in the connection modal of the carrier, you might still do test shipments. You need to use your Test Credentials.
