How to update Prestashop orders' status using ShippyPro Track and Trace

Here's how to update your orders' status inside Prestashop

After you've correctly connected Prestashop, you can choose to associate ShippyPro orders' status with the customized one you can create on Prestashop.

This allow ShippyPro to automatically update Prestashop with the right orders statuses.

How to do it 

You can easily associate order statuses from Marketplaces > Prestashop > Edit. 

  • From the window that pops up, select Update Prestashop order status using  ShippyPro Track and Trace:

  • For each ShippyPro order status, select the corresponding Prestashop orders status you previously added. If you'd like to know more about the exact meaning of each ShippyPro order status, read this detailed article

💡Note: Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on Confirm.

And what if the statuses are not being correctly updated on my marketplace even after configuring them in Track & Trace?

In that case, please contact our Support team so they can provide you with IP addresses to whitelist.
