How to use Advanced Filters in "Shipping Labels"

Learn how to filter your shipments with advanced filters!

Updated over a week ago

ShippyPro allows you to use some advanced filters to view only specific orders.

Let's see how filters works! 🎉

1. How can I filter my orders?

Filtering your shipments is easy and quick:

  • You can filter by Date, selecting a specific day or a time interval.

  • You can view orders filtered by Carriers and/or Marketplaces.
Just click on the relative icon to select them.

  • Lastly, you can filter by Status of the order.

2. How to Filter by Status

  1. Click on the printer icon 🖨 to view only orders whose shipping label was already printed.

  2. Click on the cart icon 🛒 to view orders whose marketplace was already updated.

  3. Click on the delivery truck icon 🚚 to view orders whose Carrier was already updated.

  • Please note that if you click on the icon once, you'll activate the filter (green icon).

  • Click twice to show only the shipments that don't correspond to the filter (red icon).

  • Click three times to disable the filter (gray icon).

3. Troubleshooting & Errors

1. Can I use multiple filters at the same time?

Of course you can!

For example, here's how you can view all the orders whose marketplace and carrier were updated but whose label was not printed out yet:

2. What counts as a Shipment?
Any shipping label that is generated through ShippyPro (including return labels) is considered a single shipment.

Reprinting a previous shipping label is not counted as an additional shipment, but shipping again an order (and generating a new label as well) will be counted.

Orders not fulfilled on ShippyPro will not count towards your limit.
